Prime Minister of Nepal Baburam Bhattarai will inaugurate a global summit on Bihar in Patna next week . Bhattarai will address the 'Global Summit on Changing Face of Bihar: Forging Partnership for Development". The three-day event from February 17 is being organized by Bihar Foundation, Patna, in association of Asian Development Research Institute, Patna and Institute for Human Development, Delhi.
