Take print out of online application & send along with necessary certificates, copy of bank challan, Two passport photographs, One self addressed envelope with 25 Rs stamp to Joint Secretary (P. K. Govil), Bihar State Electricity Board, Department of General Administration, Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna-800001 on or before 13-02-2012 by registered post/ speed post.
